Products
The Heirloom Market is a juried event that accepts vendors specializing in vintage, antique, repurposed, and quality creative handmade goods. A limited amount of clothing boutiques and jewelry vendors will also be allowed.
We are not accepting vendors showcasing mass-produced products or direct-sales.
Deadlines and Notifications
2024 Fall Market – October 11 - 12
Applications will be accepted May 12, 2024 through September 12, 2024. Vendors will be notified of their status within two weeks of submitting their application.
Payment is due when the application and contract are submitted. Applications without payment will not be viewed. Vendors not selected for the market will receive a full refund 3-5 business days after being notified.

Booth Requirements
Vendors are expected to curate an attractive and inviting space within their booth.
A tent is highly encouraged and must be white; failure to follow this requirement will result in being asked to take down your tent before the market.
Breakdown early is not permitted. You must stay both days and wait to tear down once the market has ended on Saturday at 3:00 PM.
Electricity
Electricity is only available to Food Trucks and Mobile Boutiques. Generators are not permitted during the event.
Advertising, Marketing, and Promotion
The Heirloom Market will publicize this event through an active social media marketing plan (Facebook, Instagram, and our website), strategically placed advertisements, and the local newspapers.
insurance
Each vendor must obtain an insurance policy that covers their booth. The Heirloom Market is NOT responsible for any theft, damages, or injuries that may occur in your booth.
Refunds
All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued after vendor selection has been finalized. Please plan accordingly before applying. In the event of a natural disaster, your booth fee will be credited to a future market.
