Products
We are currently accepting applications from vendors specializing in repurposed furniture, architectural salvage, industrial pieces, primitives, antiques, vintage items, quality & creative handmade goods.
We are not at this time accepting any clothing and/or jewelry, art or photography vendors as well as any mass-produced products or direct-sales.
Deadlines and Notifications
2024 Market – Dates Coming in 2024
Applications will be open on May 27, 2023 through August 16, 2023. Vendors will be notified of their status within two weeks after application submission.
Payment is due at the time the application and contract are submitted. The vendor fee will be refunded to the vendors who are not selected for the market. Booth Assignments will be emailed to you one week before the market.

Booth Requirements
A tent is encouraged but not required. Any tent used must be white. Vendors should display a sign identifying their business name. Vendors are encouraged to curate an attractive and inviting space within their booth.
Specialty trailers, campers, and food trucks must be in place by Friday, September 16. Vendors must be in place and ready to open by 9 AM. Breakdown of your booth before 4 PM is not permitted.
Electricity
Electricity will only be available to Food Vendors. Vendors will need to provide their own extension cords.
Advertising, Marketing, and Promotion
The Heirloom Market will publicize this event through an active social media marketing plan (Facebook, Instagram, and our website), strategically placed advertisements, and the local newspapers.
Bathrooms
There will be portable toilets at the market site.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued after vendor selection has been made so please make sure to plan accordingly prior to applying. A refund will only occur in the case of a cancelation due to a Covid-19 executive order.
